Madeleine is so funny about what she eats. She is truly a meat and potatoes girl. Wait, I take that back. She is strictly a meat girl--she hates potatoes. The only potatoes she will eat are French fries (and those hardly count as potatoes). I made mashed potatoes with cheese last night, she wouldn't touch them. I made potato soup tonight. She took one bite, made a face, and didn't touch it again.
I have never heard of a kid not liking potatoes. Maybe I should try putting ketchup on them. Maybe she is one of those kids--you know what kind of kid I am talking about, the one that puts ketchup on EVERYTHING (Steven, if you are reading this, I am talking about you). Maybe that is why she likes French fries--the ketchup.
