Today was beautiful here. It got up to just over 70. To celebrate, the girls and I walked over to the big park just down the road. Madeleine had a lot of fun and there were tons of other kids there for her to play with. I had fun but man was it a lot of work. I didn't even think about how hard the walk was going to be before I left (it is only about 3/4 of a mile a way so it shouldn't have been a big deal). I forgot how heavy the double stroller is, how high the altitude is, and how many hills there are in those 3/4 of a mile. But one nice thing is that now I have found a total body work out (upper body is conditioned by pushing a heavy stroller and lower body is conditioned by the hills) :-)
