A gaggle of giggling girls

So why haven't I been writing on my blog this past week? Well, the girls and I drove down to Lubbock for my Granddad's 80th birthday (read the following 2 posts for more on that). My brother, his wife, and their daughter also came down. So we had 6 adults and 3 toddlerish girls in my grandparents house. It was chaos! But it was a blast. Miriam and her cousin, Kylie have matching bruises from both running into the same table. Madeleine had great fun being the leader of a pack of girls. Grandma got to have a hay day fussing over 3 babies. And none of us got a decent nights sleep! But it was all worth it.

And in the morning, I am going to keep the party rolling by packing up the girls and driving on down to the Dallas area for Jay and Cristy's wedding. Check back here next week for all the scoop on that party!
