8 Months

My big girl turned 8 months old on Monday. Here she is looking like she is about ready to crawl. She actually isn't really crawling as good as it appears--she is still doing the army crawl with her belly on the ground.

And I imagine that it will be another week or more before she really crawls. We are leaving Kentucky today to attend Joel's cousin Gary's wedding. Miriam and Madeleine are going to get to see their grandparents and their Uncle's. So I imagine that Miriam is going to be held a lot this weekend and not get much of a chance to crawl ;-)

Since we are going out of town, I won't be writing anything new until Tuesday. But check back Tuesday for lots of pictures and the scoop on our trip. We are flying and Madeleine is very excited about that (so I am sure there will be lots of funny stories).
