The Wedding

Unfortunately we don't have many pictures from the wedding--we were to busy having fun. The wedding was wonderful. Madeleine looked beautiful and did great. She walked down with Betty and then sat on the front row between Betty and I. She wanted to talk but she didn't talk very loudly (most people couldn't hear her) and, when we prayed, I just stuffed candy in her mouth. :-)

And we had a great time at the reception thanks to Jim's friend Katherine. Katherine found us a great baby sitter. We were able to leave the girls at the hotel with the babysitter. Thank you, thank you, thank you Katherine!! We had tons of fun visiting with family and dancing all night. And yes, we actually danced multiple dances.

The reception was by far one of the best parties I have been too. We had great food, an awesome view of the city lights, and really great music during dinner. Plus any party that has a cookie bar is a hit in my book (instead of a groom's cake, Jim had a vast selection of homemade cookies).
