My little angels

First I have to apologize for the pictures--they aren't the best. I had a hard time getting Miriam to be still and Madeleine was only interested in getting candy. Oh well.

The girls were angels for Halloween. Madeleine has been looking forward to this for weeks now. She kept talking about her costume. This morning, as soon as she got up, she insisted on putting on her costume and Miriam putting on her's. So both girls were in their costumes by 7:30 am. And I couldn't convince Madeleine to take hers off until 8 tonight.

This afternoon I took them Trick-or-Treating in Golden. The town shut down the downtown from 3-6 and the business passed out candy to the kids. It was packed with Trick-0r-Treaters. The girls had a great time seeing all the people in costumes. Madeleine did pretty good--she said "trick or treat" most of the time (unless she was being crowded). When Madeleine in around strangers, she can be so quiet though that it is hard to hear her (which always amazes me because she is so verbal at home). But she did pretty good talking to all the people.
