A new house!

Joel and I have made an offer on a house and they accepted! Finally we can get out of this apartment. No more getting quarters for the laundry, no more worrying that Madeleine is going to wake up the baby (since they share a room), no more tiny closed in kitchen, no more neighbors stomping on our roof! And we get a yard (a little bitty one but still a yard). And a really cute basement (it's purple!). And hard wood floors in the kitchen! And an awesome deck! And Joel can WALK to work. And we get to live in Golden (which is a really cool town). I can't wait to close--as long as everything goes OK, we will close on Dec. 7 (I think).
