Thankfully, Madeleine made lots of new friends while we were stranded. They passed the time swimming, eating lots of junk food, running up and down the halls, playing blocks, and monkeying around in the fitness room. Despite being worn out from following her around, I was very happy that she found some friends.
We were all starting to get a little stir crazy and on each other's nerves. She was tired of Joel and I constantly telling her what to do and we were tired of playing blocks and listening to her videos. So the new friends came just in time to save us all from lots of frustration.
