Yes, our neighborhood has a flasher and it is my daughter. Yesterday all the kids on the block were outside playing. The "big" boys were across the street from our house playing kickball and the smaller kids were about 4 houses down playing with water guns. The girls and I were down with the little kids. After a while Madeleine ran home to go to the bathroom.
Next thing I hear is lots of giggling from the boys and Madeleine screaming, "Mom, can I wear my swimsuit?!?" I turn to look and there is Madeleine standing buck naked in the middle of the street. I start trying to tell her to go home but she just stands there.
I grab Miriam and run over to Madeleine (she is about 2 houses away from me and 2 houses away from our house) and drag her back to the garage. Of course Joel is standing there in the garage working. Apparently, she had run out to the garage to ask Joel if she could wear her swimsuit, but, in typical dad fashion, he didn't even look at her and told her to "go ask mom."
The funny thing was there wasn't just a few kids out playing. There were about 15 kids and 8 parents out in front of our house. So basically the whole neighborhood got flashed.
