Amanda could literally come any minute now. I went to the doctor today, and I had made some progress. I am 3 cenimeters dilated and 50% effaced. The doctor scheduled me to go to the hospital Monday morning to have my water broken and deliver Amanda. But there is a good chance that I won't make it until Monday--I could go into labor any time. Any way you look at it, Baby Amanda should be here by Monday afternoon.
So how is everything else going? Joel is making some great progress on his guitar (see his blog). Working under the pressure of a new baby coming is really keeping him on the ball. I have actually been feeling pretty good (except for today--I have a little tummy ache).
Betty has been such a big help. Finally life is running a little smoother around here. I was barely keeping up the last couple of weeks before she got here. Now she has helped me catch up and keep on top of everything. The best thing about having Betty here is that I am finally able to take a break and rest!
