Amanda is really eating well (as can be evidenced by her filthy high chair). She eats two meals a day and munches on baby crackers. Lately she had really been eying the big girls drinks and trying to grab them. So I decided that it was time to dig out my beginner sippy cups. She loves it! I am not sure if she actually drinks any of the water in the cup but she sure loves trying!
Madeleine's new favorite thing is to hold Amanda. She also likes to try to carry her around. Fortunately Madeleine understands that she can only do this when Mommy is there to help (or else I would never be able to leave Amanda crawling around on the ground). Amanda loves Madeleine holding her. Really, Amanda just loves everything that Madeleine does. If Madeleine is in the room, Amanda's eyes are on her. I have had to resort to feeding Amanda upstairs so that she will eat and not just watch Madeleine.
