Miriam is 3 months old today! It is hard to believe that just 3 months have passed since she was born—so much has happened. She is such as sweet girl. Three weeks ago she started smiling and laughing. Blowing her kisses is a sure way to get a giggle. Miriam seems to be a fairly reserved child. She is content to just sit back and watch. I hope that her reserved nature doesn’t mean that her wild sister is going to run all over her! That will be a big challenge for me to deal with—making sure that both girls get the attention they deserve.
What amuses me the most about Miriam right now is that she loves to watch TV. She is completely entranced by it when it is on. Joel was trying to get her attention tonight and she just kept turning to the TV. Madeleine never noticed the TV until she was about 18 months old. I guess that Miriam is going to be my blinking lights and bright colors girl (Joel used to always say that women were always attracted to bright colors and blinking lights).
