Kitchen Remodel: Finished Cabinets and Counters

Well here it is! Our almost finished kitchen. All we lack is installing the microwave, finishing up a few parts of the floor, painting, and installing new window treatments. Following are some details on the cabinets.

Here is a view of most of the cabinets. I couldn't get the hutch into the shot.

Below is obviously the oven area.

This is our pull-out trash can. It is to the right of the stove--a perfect spot. It is so convenient while I am cooking.
I love my little shelves to the left of the sink. I had shelves there before but they were so narrow that I couldn't really put anything on them. Now I can put my coffee, tea, and sugar canisters up there. If you enlarge the picture, you can see our beautiful under mount sink.

Below are a some of the pull out shelves under my island. The island has two large cabinets and both have pull out shelves. It makes it very easy to access all the contents.

Here is my hutch. I still need to fill it with all of my pretty things. But first I need to wash them (most are coated with a thin layer of sawdust and construction gunk).

And my hutch included a surprising feature. It is the perfect size for little girls to play in (that is until I fill it up with stuff).

WOW it has come a long way! Pretty soon it will look NOTHING like your old kitchen. I love all of the colors. What color are you painting the kitchen again?
